Sourdough Master Recipe

Created using traditional long fermentation techniques with natural ingredients and no additives. Above all, it delivers on taste with a tangy, chewy crumb and a delicious crust. Sourdough bread is super versatile and can be enjoyed on its own, toasted with butter or jam, or used as the base for sandwiches, and more.

Focaccia

This sourdough focaccia has a delicious tangy and slightly acidic flavour profile. The sourdough helps to create a softer and more tender crumb, with a crisp exterior and a chewy texture that makes it perfect for tearing and dipping in olive oil or balsamic vinegar.

Brownies

A soft, fudgy but not dense brownie made using sourdough discard without the need for additional flour. These brownies are incredible – melt in the mouth with a crispy crust and a deep chocolate flavour.

Tortillas

Delightfully textured tortillas that come with a subtle sourdough flavour, sure to tantalise your taste buds. These soft, versatile tortillas are perfect for wrapping up your favorite sandwich fillings, making quesadillas, or serving as the base for tacos.
